Collision이 많이 있네요. Avayar제품이 FastEthernet이면 Cisco장비에서 Duplex를 변경 사용해 보심이 좋을것 같습니다.

Full Duplex는 Tx, Rx가 전이중 통신을 하므로 Collision이 없을것이거든요.
로그가 없어서 잘은 모르지만, Atm DS-3는 문제가 없는것 같고요.
F/E의 Full Duplex로 다르게 설정해 보시길..
no mop enable 는 meta object protocol입니다. Cisco Software 개발자가 처음에 설정되도록 해놓은것 뿐이죠.
